10-year time capsule post

9/5/15; Finances
This is how it is working.  The rent is $2,750 per month.  Have set up auto payment form my BofA P-C account, to be delivered on the last day of the month.  I need cash for that.  Money has to reach the BofA account around 20th of the month to be ready for this auto pay.  Then I am left with electricity (around $40 per month), gas (around $40 per month), water (around $50 per month), garbage (round $40 per month), and Internet cable ($40/month).  To each of these utilities money should go out from the Discover Cashback checking accounts, $1/day; this way I will be getting 10% on the payments. Have already set up Discover payments for Comcast.  The bill is due on the 14th.  Have also set up credit card at Comcast site, that means, whatever account balance is left on the 14th will be charged to the X4826 credit card—already have everyday payments being sent to the X4826 credit card.  Already have 19 payees (all credit cards) being paid $1 per month. With PG&E, water, garbage, and Comcast, I will have 23 payees.  If I get two more credit cards, will have 25 payees.  Twenty-five payees being paid every week, will reach the threshold of 100 payments per checking account.  Whatever extra money is paid to Discover and other credit cards should be used for grocery shopping and other expenses.
Gas for car, is 5% off on Chase Ink; should always use that card
Chase Ink Plus; is the annual fee starting soon?  Either have the fee waived or cancel the card.
Citi Hilton Honors: what happened to the bonus points?
Water, Gas, Electricity: note down meter readings periodically
Capital One Sharp, when does the 0% offer end?  November ? 2015.
